Terms and Conditions – Daffodil Products Inc.

By submitting content for editing to Daffodil Products Inc. ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Video Storage
1.1. All submitted video content will be uploaded and a copy stored on WeTransfer, a private cloud storage platform, during the editing process. We do not accept liability for any privacy breaches or data access issues resulting from the use of this third-party platform.
1.2. Upon final delivery and completion of the project, all original video files will be permanently deleted from our systems and from WeTransfer.
1.3. Final edited videos will be delivered via WeTransfer. Clients will have 30 days from the delivery date to download their completed video. After 30 days, the files will be permanently deleted from our storage, with no obligation for re-upload or retrieval.

2. Project Termination and Deposits
2.1. Daffodil Products Inc. reserves the right to terminate any project at any time. If we choose to terminate a project, any payments received will be refunded in full.
2.2. If the Client chooses to terminate the project for any reason, any money paid will not be refunded.
2.3. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3. Payments and Deliverables
3.1. Clients will receive a final quote outlining the total cost of their project. This amount must be paid in full before any editing work begins.
3.2. The start of the project is determined by the date full payment is received. No editing work or deliverables will be initiated or provided until payment is made in full.
3.3. All final videos are delivered via WeTransfer with a 30-day download window. After this period, files will be permanently deleted from our storage and cannot be recovered or re-uploaded.

4. Revisions and Additional Edits
4.1. Clients have five (5) business days from the delivery of the final video to request any additional edits.
4.2. Additional edits will incur extra charges, determined solely by Daffodil Products Inc.
4.3. Clients must approve and pay for all additional edit fees in full before further editing work is completed.
4.4. Once a price is agreed upon, the Client is obligated to pay it. Non-payment will result in termination of additional edit requests.

5. Usage Rights and Restrictions
5.1. Clients may not use any edited videos for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Daffodil Products Inc.
5.2. Daffodil Products Inc. retains a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use client video footage, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, marketing materials), unless the Client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the start of the project.
5.3. Daffodil Products Inc. reserves the right to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies in the editing, enhancement, or production of video content, at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, visual enhancement, transcription, voice adjustment, and automated editing features.

6. Music Licensing and Copyright
6.1. If the Client requests that a specific song be used in the video, and Daffodil Products Inc. does not hold a valid license for that song, the Client accepts full legal responsibility for any resulting copyright infringement.
6.2. Daffodil Products Inc. is not liable for any copyright claims resulting from the Client’s request to include unlicensed music in their video.

7. Modifications
7.1. Daffodil Products Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
