How We Work

At Daffodil, we are dedicated to preserving your family memories. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for our customers, allowing them to entrust us with their precious videos and transform them into beautifully crafted stories that can be cherished for a lifetime.

Step One:
Fill out our preference form and let us know which service you would like. We will follow up with any questions to ensure we understand your vision. 

Step Two:
We will send you a secure link to upload your videos. Need help? We will email you a step-by-step guide to help you with the uploading process.

Step Three: 
Once we have your videos, we will send you an estimated delivery date and final price. Once your invoice is paid we will start crafting your video. The final price will be based on the duration of footage you send us. Below is our price brake down.

Step Four: 

We will send you your video back within 15 business days. Need it sooner? Request a rush edit when you fill out your preference form. Once you receive your video you will have 5 business days to request any additional edits. Edits might be an additional cost.
